The Oaks Mall is located at 6419 Newberry Road in Gainesville, Florida, with easy access from IH-75. The Oaks Mall, with over 140 retailers, including Macy’s, Belk, Dillard’s, JC Penney, and Sears, is open from Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Sunday, 12 Noon to 6 p.m.
The Oaks Mall has more than 40 stores that offer a wide selection of apparel for the entire family, as well as 15 shops where you can purchase beauty products, including Merle Norman and Bath and Body Works. In addition, there are 12 shops for cards, books, and stationery and 15 jewelry stores in The Oaks Mall. Specialty stores in The Oaks Mall sell candles, crystal, and linens for your home; toys from Disney; footwear and sports equipment; music and electronics.
The Oaks Mall food court has 20 eateries, including Subway, Great Steak and Potato, Ben and Jerry’s, and the Boston Market. If you prefer to be served, Ruby Tuesday has an extensive menu and casual atmosphere. For something different, Don Pablo’s Mexican Restaurant offers a variety of south-of-the-border specialties.
The Oaks Mall has a children’s play area, the Oak Mall Swamp, which features a 16-foot tree house, tunnels, and a bridge. In addition, if your child is between the ages of 3 and 6, The Oaks Mall has Club Noggin. This is a free monthly educational program, where your child can interact with different characters based on preschool television shows.
